Brand & Identity

Logo, Colour, and Craft

The visual language of Cerita Ceramic — drawn from Indonesian clay, glaze, and sky.

Our Logo

Two lockups, one mark

The wordmark comes in two lockups. Both close on the same Sky Glaze Blue dot — the one fixed element of the mark. Never stretch, rotate, or recolour either version, and always use the reversed treatment on deep cobalt or charcoal.

Horizontal lockup

The primary version. Use it wherever there is width to spare — site header, footer, email signatures, invoices.

Stacked lockup

For narrow or square spaces — social avatars, packaging stamps, stickers, and anywhere the horizontal mark would shrink below its minimum size.

  • Maintain clear space equal to the height of the dot on all sides.
  • Horizontal lockup: minimum width 120px on screen, 30mm in print. Below that, switch to the stacked lockup.
  • Do not add shadows, gradients, outlines, or effects.
  • Do not place the mark over busy imagery without a solid backing.

Colour Palette

Six colours, one story

Cool blues carry the brand voice; warm earth tones carry the craft. Together they hold the balance between studio precision and hand-made warmth. Click any swatch to copy its hex value.

Using the Palette

How the colours work together

Lead with cobalt

Deep Cobalt Blue anchors headers and the logo. It should be the darkest blue on any page.

Accent with terracotta

Raw Terracotta is reserved for action — buttons, active links, highlights. Never use it for body text.

Rest on neutrals

Biscuit White and Warm Sand carry backgrounds and callouts, keeping pages calm and tactile.

Read on charcoal

Wet Clay Charcoal is the default body text colour. It reads warmer than pure black.
