30-day hassle-free returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Because our ceramics are handcrafted, natural variations in colour, texture, and size are not grounds for return. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

Contact Us

Email contact@ceritaceramic.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.

Ship the Item

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders). Pack the item securely and drop it off with the designated courier.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.

When to expect your money back

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. We will email you when the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Want a different item?

If you'd like to exchange a damaged or wrong item for the same product, let us know in your return request. Subject to availability, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost once the original is returned.
