By accessing or using the Cerita Ceramic website (ceritaceramic.com), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Products

Our ceramics

All products are handcrafted and subject to natural variation in dimensions, colour, and texture. Product images are representative — your piece may differ slightly. We make every effort to accurately describe our products but cannot guarantee that your display screen renders colours exactly as they appear in person.

• Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time.
• Custom orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of commission.

Orders

Placing and fulfilling orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the item(s). We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information provided by you.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are found to be out of stock or if payment cannot be verified.

Payment

Payments and pricing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and select digital wallets. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us.
• We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

All content on this website — including product photography, written descriptions, logos, and design elements — is the property of Cerita Ceramic and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerita Ceramic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
