Packaging
Protected every step
Each ceramic is individually wrapped in recycled bubble wrap and kraft paper, then placed in a double-walled cardboard box with foam inserts. We never use excessive single-use plastic. Fragile items receive an additional outer box and 'fragile' labelling to alert couriers.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking is available for all domestic and express international orders. Standard international tracking may be limited in some countries.
